On 25 November, we mark the UN’s International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women with an open house at Gaia Krisecenter in Aarhus. The day also kicks off the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.
The programme includes personal stories, music and snacks, and a chance to meet others working toward the same goal.
Violence against women is a responsibility we share as a society. That’s why we’re hosting the day together with Zonta Aarhus I and II, Soroptimist International Aarhus, Søstre mod vold og kontrol, Fonden LivaPeople, Inner Wheel Danmark i Aarhus, Center for Voldsforebyggelse, Aarhus Krisecenter and Everyday Sexism Project Danmark.
The open house is the first of several events during the 16 Days. The full programme will follow soon.
